Help, electrical!

I was driving my car, (97 Cadillac Seville SLS) and my dash lights started to flicker, along with the lights on my ac. My radio was working fine, and my car seemed to be running fine. When I turned the car off it would not come back on. When I turn the key, it dings a couple times then stops and the only things that light up are the check engine light. It will not start, and drains batteries. Also blows the Cluster fuse in the trunk.

Youll need to remove the connector to the info panel and if the speedo lights up the info panel is bad. If no replace the speedo head. This blown cluster fuse is probablely a bad head. Check the car for something staying on. Like the antenna, trunk pulldown motor, visor lights.
