1997 Buick Lesabre Stumbling, when accelerate

My1997 Buick lesabre stumbles when accelerate, it use to do this on hills now it happens even highway speed, but it seems to happen when I have been traveling awhile like it has to get hot before it starts, jumping, stumbling, like it's choking then I let off gas for it to stop, until it happens again.I have cleaned mass sensor. Changed Plugs wires, I'm a girl so I need help, also I had a code which was torque converter and code went off.

Try checking the TPS and Map sensors-Start here

You said try TPS and map sensor I cleaned the mass and what do I do withe TPS what am I checking for, I'm a girl so give me a hand here. Lol thank you

Thanks for you help. Now I'm in need of some codes which I did look up. P0446.P1554.P0136.P1870. Don't know where to start. I had a small leak next to gas tank right at the connector but couldn't get the connector off hasn't leaked sense I fooled with it, I know I need to look at EVAP area and so on. I need some help I am a girl I need images if anybody can give me some ideas
