Misfire code cylinder 6

I am getting a misfire code for cylinder 6. What is the normal cause of this? Coil pack? Can I swap them to find out? How do I determine the cause?

First, check for spark at #6. If spark is ok, check fuel and compression. How long since a tune-up? Any driveability issues? Yes, if coils are individual, you can swap coils from one position to the other. Usually a bad coil will kill two cylinders, with dis ignition.
