1996 Opel Vectra coolant mixing with oil

When driven a car long distance, oil and coolant water mix. This car is an Opel vectra B V6
Where are possible areas could be oil entering into coolant and what should be the solution. We changed the head cylinder gasket. But it looks like the problem is still there

Do you have the 3.0L engine where the engine oil cooler is under the intake then you have a plastic spacer the a oil cooler plate where the oil cooler is?The same engine in the caddy catera? If so those oil coolers leak all the time.
