1996 Nissan Truck what did I do

I washed the motor now truck won't run. I must have wet something and I font know what to check I also got an oil change right before an put 10w30 for my 2.4engine. What should I do to solve my issues

Check the spark plug tubes for water. Water is a conductor and the spark will travel through the water rather than going to the spark plugs causing a rough idle or stumbles and dies. You need to get the water out with compressed air or a rag shoved into the tube.
