Noises from car

Was driving last night and the steering wheel started pulling thought I had a puncture checked and the wheels were fine. Started driving again and noises started to come from under the front end of the car. Steering wheel was still pulling what could it be? The cv joint on the passanger side has been knocking for the last 3 weeks. Cv joint and whhel beering was fixed about 5 months ago on the passanger side.

The only way you're going to find out is by physically inspecting it. We can answer questions about what you find but we are not there to look. You could have a brake locking up, a bearing problem or something broken or coming apart. Someone needs to look and before it's driven again. That could be something dangerous.
