I had a miss, but only when the car reached the throttle speed it miss and then it would buck
until it shifted then as the throttle was depressed it would clear and quit. I have had this vehicle to a ford dealer and they checked everything and found nothing. I put in new plugs and wires thinking this was the problem, but the bucking is still there. Check engine says #3 cylinder but it only misses at speed and throttle when it is the same or trying to shift.

Coil or faulty fuel injector would be where I would start looking for this problem, higher speed and high load misfire can often be here.

I was asked to see if I could add anything here but the advice you've been given is pretty accurate. It can be difficult to isolate the cause of a miss like that and we use tools like lab scopes to monitor circuits while the problem occurs. I'm afraid as a DIYer, you don't have a lot of options here. You pretty much have to just throw parts at it which is not the way we approach things. This could still be ignition or it could even be a fuel or compression problem.
