My friend hydrolocked her engine by driving through a puddle (about 3 feet deep) I have done everything I can think of to get all the water out of the engine and I have replaced the air filter and changed the oil. The car will not catch. I am not sure if the cpu got wet. I am at a loss of what to do. Can you help me?

If water got in probably you have washed down the cyinders if it runs again you get lucky. All the bearings will have water in them and likely seize. What you need to do is change the oil several times even pour a very small amount into the spark plug hole. That might give you some compression
