Does the fan run now?

Your story says it did when you replaced some parts. Then it quit?

If it ain't running now, investigate the connections your relay plugs into, I have seen the car end of the connections get hot and "Melty", sometimes when the relay, etc. Etc, are pushed in, the other end pushes back, and really does not connect. They may touch, but the other end is now recessed

Hope it's simple like that!
