How do I get the starter out?

How do I get the starter out all bolts are removed from the starter but cant get the starter out not enough room any help would be appreciated 1996 costarter will not come out not enough room to tight of a spot

Disconnect battery ground cable (14301).
Remove engine intake air resonator (9F763) and air box.
Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor (12A697) and mass air flow (MAF) sensor (12A579).
Remove three starter motor retaining bolts and ground wire.
Raise vehicle on hoist.
Remove integral connector retaining nuts and wires from starter solenoid (11390).
Disconnect the knock sensor (12A699).
Remove the axle shaft bearing bracket bolts and position the bracket aside.
Remove the starter motor (11002).
Installation

NOTE:When installing lower starter motor retaining bolts, be sure to install ground cable.

Position starter motor (11002) to transaxle and loosely install lower retaining bolt.
Install axle shaft bearing bracket. Tighten to 21 Nm (15 lb-ft).
Connect knock sensor (12A699). Install integral connector retaining nuts.
Tighten B-terminal retaining nut to 11 Nm (97 lb-in). Tighten S-terminal retaining nut to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

Lower vehicle to floor.
Install starter motor retaining bolts and ground wire. Tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb-ft).
Install engine intake air resonator and air box.
Connect the IAT and MAF.
Connect battery ground cable.
