Are both lights on constantly only after the fuse blows or even with a good fuse? What is fuse # 7 for? Do you have four-wheel or rear-wheel ABS?

I'm confused. You said "my number 7 fuse blows and my abs and brake light is on constantly in the dash". Now you say the fuse is not blown, the lights are not on, and you think there's no spark. Are we talking about a brake issue, a no-start condition, or what?
