How do you reset computer on 96 Dodge Caravan

My father pulled the fuse in my van and the computer has put the transmission in limp mode I have tried pulling battery cable overnight, and taking the fuse out for an hour and no luck in reseting the computer does anyone have any suggestions?

The computer resets each time the ignition switch is turned off and back on. If it starts out in limp-in right away, suspect a blown fuse or a defective sensor. If it goes to limp-in during or right after an up-shift, it is more likely to be caused by slippage in one of the clutch packs.
