My 1996 Chrysler LHS V6 has low compression on number 2 cylinder. What is the best way to fix this?

My car has been running great until it started misfiring and idling rough. So I did a compression test after the code indicated the number 2 cylinder was either a bad plug or wire problem. The wires have been replaced and the plug is fine. The compression was about 10 pounds. I was wondering if the rings are set up and if there is any product I can add to that cylinder in order to free the rings up?

Most likely with compression that low its a valve issue.I would do a cylinder leak down test that will tell you if its valves or rings and which valves are bad intake or exhaust.
