1996 Chevrolet Silverado engine knock error #7 cylider

Engine knocks till engine warms up and #7 misfire and goes off in evening. I tried running motor flush for the knock went away for a week and then returned and shortly after that's when I started getting misfire

Check compression first then take to a pro because they are really hard to find out what is causing themisfire. It can be something totally different than electrical or injector
