1996 Chevrolet Camaro sludge in raidator

Have 1996 chevy camarow it has sludge in top of the raidator you can dig it out with your finger it looks like gobs of grease
it loos like a bad kidney car does not run hot or anything cant figure out where it came from

That is most likely from years of not changing the coolant. Also, if a sealant was ever used in the radiator, that will cause it too. I recommend that you flush the radiator to get all that out.
