When my cadi is cold below 70 its hard to start. I changed the ect sensor but no lusk. What all sensors are temp sensitive to the pcm. Could the pcm be faulty?

I don't believe the intake air temp sensor would have much part in starting when cold. You can disconnect it, or short it, taking it to either extreme, and not notice any change. What I would look for is either poor fuel quality, or extra fuel bleeding through the vacuum line from a leaking pressure regulator. Checking the fuel pressure would also be in consideration.
