What could be the cause for the battery loosing volts while the ABS, steering service, and traction control sensors come on for a 97 cadillac deville? I can jump start it and it will crank, until I cut it off and it will click but not start.

It sounds like your charging system is inoperative/discharging. Your safety systems are the first ones to alert in a low voltage situation, that would explain the ABS, airbag lights and such.

Your altenator isnt working or your battery has a draw killing the battery. Get your charging sys. Checked and load test the battery. Have them check it for a draw on the battery.
