Car will not heat up

Ive checked the coolant, the car wont heat up, the temp gauge is below 160 at all times, the car heats up when it stands but then when I start driving it cools off, the thermostat is brand new as of summer

Just checked that, there's pressure in the hose and the radiator

Does the heater blow hot or is it just cool

The heater blows warm, and gets hotter as the temp gauge goes up, only when it's idling but as soon as I drive the temp gauge goes back down, and the air gets cooler, the engine gets hot

Reverse flush the heater core, check the air blend door/actuator and also could be a worned water pump impeller
