This is usually due to a faulty PCV or the engine has excessive blowby gases.

Well actually its not comin frum the air sytem theres a small tube connected to the valve cover thats closest to the radiator and oil is squirting frum it periodically i cudnt figure out where it connects to it doesnt connect to the air filter

Hoses from valve covers are PCV related and it either connects the 2 valve covers for V 6 engines or it goes to the air cleaner hose. PCV hose would go to the intake manifold
