Hello, I have a 1995 Nissan 200sx. I recently had a friend put a new alternator in my car and my 75A fuse blew. This controlled my parts in my car such as windows, fan motor, dashboard lights ect. So I went to my local Nissan store and picked up the fuse I needed. Everything is working, except my Tachometer (rpm meter I call it). It worked before I got the alternator, but not now. Any Suggestion?

The voltage surge may have damaged it.

Make sure the connection is good behind the dash. If it is, then you will have to replace the cluster
