All spark plugs are new best auto lites new coils and wires just need to know whats making my car burn rich on that one side and how to stop it also I was getting 120 miles half tank now im down to 130 1/4 tank. It could be a few things. Are all the plugs getting this dust on the driver's side? Probable causes of an engine running rich are as follows:

1. Excessive fuel pressure can be cause by restricted fuel return line
2. Defective Oxygen Sensors.
3. Leaking injectors and fuel pressure regulator.
4. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
5. Restricted air intake system.

Just to add to this one what brand of wires did you get? Also this black dust is where the wires meet the plugs? How long ago did you change the wires? From my expernice if the wires are leaving that black dust thats carbon and can lead to carbin tracking on the plugs. The carbon is conductive and can cause the spark to travel down the side of plug sometimes instead of just down the middle of the plug. So it can cause missfires etc.
