Possible transmission

I have a 1995 ford mustang v6 and it shakes/ vibrates at low rpms and at low or constant low speed I have changed the diff fluid but still seems to happen

Does it feel like the engine is missing? Does it shake in gear when you are stopped? Is the trans fluid clean and full? Have you checked u-joints?

No it doesnt feel like a misfire and it doesnt shake while I am stopped. The only time it shakes is when the rpm is low in which ever gear I am in or while going slow at higher rpms and faster speeds it drives great its almost like a shutter but it doesn't happen if I accelerate fast just while normal driving or slow acceleration.
