How long does it take to do a head gasket or intake gasket?

Found a nice 5.0 on craigslist and not sure if I will be able to do it in time to make any profit or keep it for myself. Just wondering how long I was looking at.

OTHER FACTORS COULD ENTER IN---AS YOU GET INTO THE ENGINE

AFTER INSPECTION WHEN DISASSEMBLED, IT MIGHT JUST BE A RUN OF THE MILL THING (NORMAL) OR YOU MIGHT NEED SOME MACHINING DONE, ETC. THERE AGAIN, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THEM?
