1995 Fiat Uno Uno timing

I putted in the timing in of the car. It starts and evrything but it does not rev up now, so I tune the timing this way and that way it does the same. So I dont know what to do.

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked to make sure the throttle is moving on the throttle body when the pedal is moved?

My uno 1.4 is carberator and its a 1995 model. It does not rev up and the timing is in. My car starts and everything but it does not rev up and when u drive it, it jurks and does not have power

How can you drive it if the engine doesn't rev?

Also, if this is truly a carb and the engine won't rev, something is disconnected. Carbs don't have the same sensors as fuel injected engines.
