1995 Dodge Neon We need help!

Hi. Me and my dad are having issues with my 95 Dodge Neon. While you're driving it, the electrials shut down for one second, and it comes back up. It doesn't affect driving the car it's just the electricals. My dad has replaced the Auto Shut Down and it's still doing it. He has tried to find a code but no code has shown up yet. We can't seem to find out what the problem is, can someone help?

What specifically do you mean by electricals?

If your ASD quit, the car wouldn't run.

All of the electricals, like the ignition switch has been shut off for a second, then it comes back on. The ASD has been replaced and the battery has been replaced less than two years ago. Can a faulty PCM cause that issue?

I thought you said there was no change in the engine. The engine can't run without those things.
You need to be a lot more specific about what is shutting off.
