Vacuum leak?

While driving down the road at 45+ mph the engine rpms will go back and forth from 1500 to 2000 repeatedly and wont stop until I let off the gas. Ive changed the tp sensor and still I have the issue.

Spray some choke cleaner around the throttle body while idling. If your rpm changes you probably have a vacuum leak. Of course this is assuming you have check ed for broken/softor leaking hoses. Then take the air duct off and clean the throttle plate with the engine off. Clean it on both sides as well as the oblong hole for the idle air control valve. Also change your fuel filter.
