1995 BMW 740 wont start or turn over

Have a 95 740il change the ignition starter switch and it wont turn over all the lights and ac comes on but the fan under the hood wont spin before this happen I was driving and the check engine ligt came on so I park it and turn it off and it wouldn't came back on so I change the switch cause I knew I need one. Just wont turn over

You likely have a problem with the theft deterrent system. Try your extra key to see if that works (the system reads the resistance in the key chip and if it is correct it will allow the engine to start).
If the second key doesn't work, you'll need to find a dealership of an independent shop which specializes in BMW and has the special equipment needed to diagnose the system.
