I have a 1995 bmw 325I and I'm changeing the head gasket but I can't get the VANOS adjustment unti off

The Vanos unit has a requirement for removal, rather than try and type that all in, how about you send me an Email with your phone number, and I can call you. pghagerty@aol.com
