Car wastes alot gas

I habe a 94 corolla wastes alot gas. The car uses a gallon for 15 miles. What could be the cause for this problem?

Check that all the comps are OK, do all the tune items, and if EFI check for fault codes, check for vacuum leaks and if carby make sure that the choke is turning off when the engine warms up.
