The rear driver side tire skids when I hit the brakes my car has abs braking system and the lines were bled already but the problem still persist what do I do now?

remmove the rear drum to see if the brake shoes are wet. if so it will either be wet from leaking brake flud [caused by a bad wheel cylinder] or wet because of a leaking axle seal. this contamiination can cause the wheel to lock up during braking.
let me know what you find because there are a couple of other causes, but this is a good start.
