My oil pan was damaged and may have seized engine the van shut off due to lack of oil that poured out

you dont. you either replace it with a used unit or a re built unit. the damage done far exceeds the replacement cost.

Some people have cracked them free by. Rocking them back and forth with a braker bar on the crank bolt. If it brakes free thay never run the same.
