What is wrong with my radio?

The alternator in my car went bad, I replaced it with a brand new one; my battery in my car is new as well. After I replaced it my radio, interior lights and power button for my steering wheel no longer works. I have tried replacing all the fuses and still no luck. Any advise?

Thank u I did check the fuses under the hood but I checked the one for the radio not the number 7.

# 7 is for the radio and dome lights.
