1994 Holden Commodore Hunting and cutting out problems

Have a 94 vr ute and as of a couple days ago when I start it, it will rev up and down while idling in between 500-1500 rpms and will shut off, same when I slow down to turn a corner and will stall, also my check engine light will sometimes come on. Anyone have an answer or solution to this?

May be a faulty idle control motor or vacuum leaks around the throttle body.

Check that none of the vacuum lines under the throttle body are cracked or fallen off, also at the rear of the inlet manifold there is I think one clean the throttle body with a good throttle body cleaner start here.
