I have replaced distributor, rotor, plugs/wires, water pump, timing belt/fan belt, adjusted valves to .007. I have spark and fuel but engine turns over but will not start. What could be the problem? Thanks for any help as I am frustrated as I can be.

The timing belt could be off a couple of teeth. A good pratice when installing is to turns the belt around 6 times to make sure it is seated properly. You might also have the distributor 180 degrees out of time or the spark plug wiring sequence may have getton messed up.
Otherwise I would suspect the fuel pressure.
