Fuel pump won't turn on, fuel pump works, i pulled it out and checked it,i swapped the ccrm, checked the fuses, even checked the collision shutoff switch, I think it is a bad ground but I'm not sure.

did you check for power to the body on the body harness side?? it will be a 2 second signal and then off. it will come back on line when the motor is cranking and starts.

the body harness where you disconnected the fuel pump. there are several wires there that feed power to the module.

I checked for power at the pump and inertia switch with someone turning the key for me and didn't get power at all at either of them, had him turn the key while I checked with a multimeter.

ok, you need to go to the relay under the hood. drivers side front, it is a relay with a green connector. make sure you have power on 2 terminals. one is battery power and the other is key on power.

I can't find any relay with green connectors, my manual doesn't even show one for it, I thought in 94 they put it in the constant control relay module.

if you have that box by the radiator support, then thats where it is. I need to find a diagram for it for you but that unit is a common failure but we need to confirm it before spending the money.
