Can I replace a 4 amp fuse with a 5 amp fuse without it blowing

Dash lights went out, so I went to check the fuses and the fuse was blown. The one I pulled out was a 4 amp and I swapped it out with a 5 amp.

Its not much of a difference between the two the 5amp will take a little more to blow though.I always put the same size fuse back in because thats what the circuit was designed for.
