I have 1994 ford explorer Eddie Bauer expedition and just had the transmission filter change and the transmission fluid changed as well as the modulator, the problem now is that it would go into drive like it is suppose, after I had it fixed I drove my truck around the block ran fine, and went out to move it out of my driveway later that day and then my truck would not go into drive. So what would seem to be the problem?

Actually I did check the transmission fluid and added one quart and it still will not go into drive this is after I ran the truck for a good 40 minutes to let it warm up.
