Car has intermittent stalling problems. Only when warm. Had mechanic check-said it was possible maf sensor. They cleaned old one. Worked for 3 days. Bought used from junk yard. Worked for 6 days. Started stalling again. Bought new iac valve. According to your instructions, turned ignition to "on". Neither the old or new one will work. Could I have a bad new one?

Yes, possibly. Could also be a bad electrical connection.
