1994 dodge ram 1500 5.9 lt engine running ruff after the coil wire got burned on the exhaust and I replaced the wires ran fine before also it has a loud sucking noise coming from the throtle body

The sucking noise is the automatic idle speed motor opening the air passage around the throttle blade in an attempt to get the idle speed up to where it should be. That's in response to the rough running engine. Be sure the ignition coil isn't connected backwards. Sounds like there's a misfire condition.
