1994 Dodge Intrepid starting

Sometimes when I shut the car off it will turn over but not start. If I let off the key and try again it starts. Every once in a while it will have a miss going down the road but straightens right up. I have changed oxygen sensors, coil pack, plugs, wires and fuel filter and still can not get it to stop.
