I have changed the injector, it has spark, it has good compression, when you disconnect the injector wire there is no change in engine idle, same for pulling the plug wire, but there is spark what else can I check or do

Is there a driveability issue? Can you feel the miss? If you have good fuel-- spark and compression. I don't know?

Any way you can compare injector spray pattern on #5 compared to the others?

Can you check fuel trims, compare one bank to the other?
