Hello I was wondering if anyone new how set the valves prior to to torquing them down to 22 ft lbs. Basically what I want to know is do I turn the crank over until the number one cylinder is a tdc(compression stroke). Then do I torque the nut down 22 ft lbs and do I proceed in the firing order or just the next cylinder up from one. Do I bring up the next cylinder to tdc as well to torque Cause right now whats happening is the truck revs super high. Any help would be nice
have the same problem?
