My 94 s10 is still running hot after replacing thermostat, water pump, radiator, temp sensor and a blown head gasket. Radiator fan seems to be working fine. What else can it be?

Truck doesn't have airlock. Sorry what does "don't work-block and pressure test it" mean?

Guy that has been working on it says it doesn't have airlock. How would I know if it does and how do I bleed it? Pressure test what?
