Failed Smog

My 94 Cavalier failed smog due the a emissions leak and high something. The guy didn't tell me what I need to fix it and I need to know whats my dad can get for me. Can someone help me. Thank you

I need to no what leak it failed for what the readings were etc. Can you scan and post the paper work from the smog shop?
