My 1994 full sized Blazer is spitting, and missing badly. It began shortly after I left the lights on and ran the battery dead. The car ran fine for about 2 miles then began missing badly and lost all power. The alt gage is pegged at 0. I tried driving home this way and lost my power brakes and then my gas and tach gages quit working too. I turned it off and walked home to get my other car and my son.
When we got back to the car, it started right up and ran like normal. My son drove the car the mile back to my house. About 3 blocks before getting back it started doing the same thing again. Missing badly and the alt gage pegged at 0 a0gain. What's up?
It has a crate motor and runs strong with no noise (about 30k on motor).
