Hi,

I was driving my 1994 Chevy Blazer the other day and the timing chain broke. A lot of people have told me that it will need new heads cause it bent the valves.

My question is what do you think? I was going about 40 to 50 mph went it broke and it has the 4.3 Vortec engine.

Thanks and I'm very grateful.

That is NOT true heads and valves will not be effected. Replace chain and gears and drive away
