Wrong info I gave the car measured 109 where the max. Was 59 HC (PPM) what could be the problem

Alright could be ignition when was the last time you changed your plug's and wire's?When was the last time you changed your cat?Is it the cat the car came with when the car was new?Also I take it there are no code's since the car didn't fail for the check engine light being on. Do you know how to check for code's without a scan tool on that car?Let me know.

Change plugs and wires today had a new cat put on two months ago. I put a scan on two weeks ago no codes came up.

So did you have it tested before or after you changed the plug's and wire's?Also what kind of plug's did you put in?Does it burn oil?If so how much in 2,000 mile's?

Before it measured 127 and after 109 ac delco I burn about 1qt. Every 2-3000 miles should I regap plugs and add new air filter its has about 6,000 miles on it

Your oil consumption is within spec's did you make sure your spark plug wire's are routed correctly?You didn't use platnuim plug's did you?Also try this for me let the engine idle till the radiator cooling fan come's on. Let me know where on the temp gauge the fan come's on?
