Why is my car failing at 15 mph but not at 25 mph?

Do you really have 1,400,000 mile's on your car?Also I need the reading's of the car like what failed Hc's CO's etc what the max is and what your car measured.

If you would just replie back to this question you would get a lot more result's then answering the same question again. Also does your engine burn oil?If so how much oil in 3,000 mile's?Also answer the other question's I asked. How old is you cat?When was the last time you changed your spark plug's and wire's. Also any code's?
