1993 Nissan Bluebird spark plugs

When I took one of the sparkplugs leads out there is oil in the well. Also when driving the car will just stop. Sometimes it starts up straight away and other times it wont start for about 20min. It also loses power when driving. All dash lights are still working when this happens.

Most likely the oil is coming from a leaky valve cover gasket. Check that first. As far as the shut down problem, has the check engine light come on and stayed on? Also, when it won't start, have you checked to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine?
