How do you ajust transmission presure cable on 93 honda accord?

I just checked the whole manual I can not find a throttle-body pressure cable, the transmission looks all computerized, why don't you tell me what the problem is you're having.

When down shift it shift hard. Also sometime when it change it has hard ****.I was to to ajust the cable that goes to a level on trans but did'nt help must.
